That’s the fear of diet expert Dr. Stuart Fischer, who says a recent photo reveals the exbeauty queen shows signs of having the deadly heart condition cardiac edema!

The 60-year-old actress, who at 5-foot-5 once ballooned to 215 pounds, “looks to have lost at least 48 pounds,” says Fischer, who hasn’t treated Delta.

But she may have already sealed her fate with her previous obesity — lopping SEVEN YEARS OFF her life span — he says.

“This doesn’t look like a healthy weight loss because she was extremely unhealthy when she was obese,” says the author of The Park Avenue Diet.
