DETERMINED Jennifer Garner has laid down the law to estranged alcoholic ex-hubby Ben Affleck — fall off the wagon and lose custody of the kids, sources say.

“There’s no margin for error on Ben’s part,” says a source close to the couple. “If he slips up and has even one drink, that’s it.

“She’s going to take the children — no ifs, ands or buts!”

Right now, Ben, 44, and his wife of 10 years are co-parenting even as they work out details of their divorce.

The pair rocked Hollywood back in 2015, declaring their marriage was dead in the water. Sources told GLOBE Jen, 45, kicked the director actor to the curb because of his boozing, gambling and suspicions he cheated with their nanny.
