It's Tight, Isn't It?

The hole in your belt where your buckle went through this time last month seems far away from where it sits now, doesn’t it? Oh, the joys of the festive season! We have all been tucking into wholesome meals like the heart-attack-inducing turducken (the turkey stuffed with a duck, stuffed with a chicken), gammon, and various other sugar-coated foods that somehow make our waist size increase a lot faster than broccoli makes it decrease.

Although dad-bods are all the rage right now, let’s stop for a minute and remind ourselves that we do not have Vin Diesel’s track record to justify this newfound “boep”. It’s therefore necessary that we leave the Michelin Man physique in 2015 where it started, and embrace the old XXX build, fast and furiously.

Banting, Paleo, Atkins… it’s all so last year. The start of 2016 brings with it fresh beginnings, and new lifestyles that don’t have the word “diet” in them. No one wants to go from glazed donuts and fruit mince pies, to tuna, chicken, and broccoli, so here’s a bit of a news flash… you don’t have to.
