PAX East 2017 has come to a conclusion, and we’re still trying to gather ourselves.
With hit games like Horizon: Zero Dawn, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and Resident Evil 7 already raising the bar for the year early on, you’d think there wouldn’t be much left to be excited about. The opposite is true, as 2017 is shaping up to be one of the most important years in gaming history. Amongst an enthusiastic crowd, develops and publishers as big as Sony, Bethesda and Nintendo showed off their big guns, while the little guys at the Indie Megabooth contributed their fair share of excellent gaming experiences at PAX. We’ve rounded up six standout points we learned at this year’s Penny Arcade.
