THE STORY SO FAR Aidan Connor’s been in a pretty bad place for weeks. He’s distant, sad and generally not himself. Even when his loving sister, Carla Connor, signed the Underworld factory over to him for his birthday, he could barely bring himself to muster a smile.

Aidan’s downward spiral wasn’t helped when former fiancée Eva Price told him she was pregnant and that the baby was his, then changed her mind and said it wasn’t his after all.

His very strange behaviour over the last few weeks certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed by the people who love him most…

Aidan’s forced to slap on a smile for dad Johnny and stepmum Jenny Connor’s leaving do at the Rovers. But there’s trouble brewing even then.
