In documentary John and Yoko: Above Us Only Sky, film-maker Michael Epstein tells the story behind the recording of John Lennon’s album Imagine, with access to unseen footage of the singer and his wife Yoko Ono at their Berkshire home, where Lennon had a recording studio, and a previously unheard demo of the single.

The film features interviews with Ono and his oldest son Julian. There’s also testimony from musicians who played on the Phil Spector-produced album.
