Look out… TV prankster Kayvan Novak is back on the streets in a new satire show

It’s been nearly five years since cult comedy Face jacker came to an end. Now Kayvan Novak is going undercover again to prank members of the public.

The wind-up merchant has got together a fresh set of latex masks and will be playing a new bunch of characters for Britain Today, Tonight, which takes the format of a US current affairs programme reporting on UK news.

‘I first had the idea a few years ago,’ says Novak. ‘I really wanted to play a FOX News-style anchorman and do a prank show that was topical, so I came up with a few crazy new characters and now we’re in business.’

What made you decide to return to this kind of comedy?
