NEW DRAMA

Killing Eve

From Easter Monday, BBC iPlayer, from 6am, eight episodes released weekly

Dare to be scared… Jodie Comer’s cold-blooded killer Villanelle is back to cause more carnage as the brilliant thriller Killing Eve returns for its hotly anticipated third series.

The award-winning drama is available in weekly episodes on BBC iPlayer from Monday – the day after it launches on BBC America – and will be screened on BBC1 from next week.

For die-hard fans, the show’s return can’t come soon enough after series two ended on an almighty cliffhanger as vicious Villanelle shot former MI6 agent Eve Polastri (Sandra Oh) after she rejected Villanelle’s offer to run away together.

Series three kicks off six months on from that stand-off in Rome with both women – yes, Eve has survived – trying to get their lives back on track.

Villanelle is now living in Barcelona and, as far as she’s concerned, Eve is dead. However, Eve is actually back in England, working in a restaurant while struggling with her wounds and hoping Villanelle will never find her. All seems fine, until a shock death sets them on a collision course once again.

Here Comer, 27, tells us more about the gripping new series…
