We had a ball when we were making Men Behaving Badly, particularly once we had discovered we were in a hit. People were going crazy for it, so you ride that wild stallion for a while. It was great being on the back of that beast!
People often came up to us and said, ‘my flatmate and I are just like you!’ and we’d go, ‘Oh dear, that’s not a good thing!’ They were a pair of misogynist losers who had boring jobs. But what they talked about was funny and aspirational and odd. So in that sense it was great.
