The winner of The Voice UK 2020 may only have been crowned in November, but ITV’s popular singing contest bursts back on to our screens this week for another series – with a brand-new coach and an exciting format twist!

As the Blind Auditions kick off for 2021, award-winning pop star Anne-Marie – replacing Meghan Trainor – takes her seat in one of those red spinning chairs to join returning coaches Olly Murs, Sir Tom Jones and will.i.am in the search for a new singing superstar. The winning act will follow in the footsteps of 2020 champion Blessing Chitapa by landing a coveted recording contract with Universal’s label UMOD.

This series, which was filmed in front of a virtual audience, also introduces The Block, a special button that gives each coach one chance to stop a rival from securing a singer for their team.
