There may be no ‘Who’s the daddy?’ drama for Sinead, but that doesn’t mean that her pregnancy is going to be plain-sailing.

She’s recently been bleeding and, whilst that’s not uncommon in early pregnancy and can often prove to be nothing untoward, for the worried knicker-stitcher it looks like that’s sadly not the case.
