In his brand-new show Simply Raymond Blanc, he lines up a collection of simple and delicious recipes, which he hopes will help us rediscover the magic of cooking.
‘I hope it will be a destination for all the food lovers and cooks at home,’ says Raymond, 71, as he joins TV Times for a chat.
‘It is demystifying food. It is not a cheffy programme; it is aimed at empowering the viewer.’
