Gary’s suspicious of Ray’s intentions for the cobbles

The hospitality industry may be on its knees right now, but that doesn’t seem to be affecting Ray Crosby, who’s splashing the cash like he’s Kanye West. Not content with owning a chain of hotels, the Bistro and Kevin’s garage, this week he sets his sights on buying the factory.

The slimeball gets the idea after overhearing Gary telling Fiz that money’s tight and he needs to cut her hours at the furniture shop. Keen to expand his portfolio and knowing Gary may be ripe for a deal, Ray swoops in and offers him £150k for the building.
