Tormented by the past, newly promoted Sergeant Georgie Lane decides to confront her demons and return to action as Our Girl returns for its fourth series.
Georgie is working with the Royal Army Medical Corps, training medics in Lancashire when she has an encounter with her old platoon, 2 Section, who are about to start a tour of Afghanistan.
