If you love cheese (and who doesn’t!) just outside of Burringbar is the newly opened Tweed Valley Whey Farmhouse Cheeses. Open Fridays 2pm-6pm and weekends 11am-3pm it’s worth finding the time to pop by. The farm and dairy opened to the public late September 2018 and the farmhouse offers cheese tastings, plus a cafe and fresh produce. Make sure you try the fetta (complete with herbs fresh from their garden). It was right at home served on some crunchy sourdough with avocado.
