Heartbroken Angela Loses Her Hero

The Ten reporter is left devastated after the love of her life lost his battle with cancer last week.

She has put on a brave face interviewing some of the biggest stars in the world during the past 12 months, keeping her pain hidden from all but her dearest friends. But Angela Bishop’s heart was breaking the entire time.

Family and close friends knew her much-loved husband and soulmate Peter, 54, was in the fight of his life, after being diagnosed with a rare cancer in February last year, but Ange kept their ordeal private and continued to work when she could.

Last Wednesday Ange, 50, had to say goodbye to the adored man who gave her and their 10-year old daughter Amelia so much joy.
