Why did you decide to become a lifesaver?
The fact you can be down at the beach and give back to the community. Giving back really is the main benefit of the job.
What can we expect this season? Is it different from the others?
It’s hard to compare, as this is my first season on the show, but that said we have had a lot more rescues and a lot more going on this time around, just due to the changing nature of the beach. It’s been quite dangerous because of the recurring rips.
How is it working with the other lifeguards?
