Step aside Kate – Beatrice Borromeo of Monaco is Europe’s ‘most stylish royal’

SHE’S not one for the headlines, really. She’s rarely spotted out and about, other than for the occasional official engagement, and is generally far more behind the scenes than her counterparts over in the UK.

Yet Beatrice Borromeo of Monaco hasn’t gone unnoticed by those who keep a close eye on sartorial standards – she has recently been named the most stylish European royal by society bible Tatler.

The 36-year-old became a member of the Monégasque royal family in 2015 when she tied the knot with Pierre Casiraghi (33), youngest son of Princess Caroline of Hanover (64).

Her wedding dresses – four, to be exact – cemented her style status. She wore two gowns by Valentino for her civil service in Monaco and two by Armani Privé for the religious service in Lake Maggiore.
