Daniel Dobson

Most people wanted to change the world. Most didn’t realize they should start by improving themselves first. Daniel Dobson got it right and he knew what to do. Thanks to those close to him he got himself the physique and the attitude to showcase as our cover model. Understanding it was not just another nude body in front of a camera, Danny transformed himself into art through the lens of the photographer Tom Saint Clair.

the interview: 

AMM - As a teenager you were small and skinny. Did you ask your brother who was in the army to get you into working out or did he get you into it? 

Danny - My brother asked me to go to the gym and have a session with him. It was my brother that first got me into weight training.

AMM - What is it about having a muscular body that enable a person to gain such confidence? 

Danny - Becoming stronger and improving ones appearance encourages an individual to become more confident. As a result of this we are more inclined to speak to those around us, especially those that we share the same interest with. I personally feel that you gain more respect from being in shape. Maybe because you look more like you can look after yourself and you have proven you can commit and work hard for something.

AMM - What do you think are the reasons why many people ask you for advice but then they don’t do it? 

Danny - Many people are looking for that quick fix. Even after being provided with all of the relevant information that they need to accomplish their goals they are simply not willing to put in the time and the effort and make the commitments. Either this or they just like to talk to me about my interests. But my answer only comes down to my assumptions and opinions.

AMM - How does one become a famous fitness model?
