• Brush your hair twice a day to remove any tangles or knots. Apply a serum or few drops of oil before you do this to avoid breakage.
• Oiling your hair regularly is important, but following it with a massage is also necessary. It improves blood circulation in the scalp and makes your hair healthy, strong and nourished.
• Shampoo your hair with a mild herbal shampoo so you don’t strip your hair of its natural oils. Do not vigorously rub the shampoo onto your scalp.
