S hinshu’s wintery landscape offers the spark of inspiration for the dials of two new Grand Seiko Spring Drive limited edition timepieces. Coming along to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the first Grand Seiko GMT watch and the 15th anniversary of the first Grand Seiko chronograph watch, these watches enter the Grand Seiko Sport Collection with much fanfare and attention especially when their dials are directly influenced by the snow-covered vistas of the Hotaka mountains that surround the Grand Seiko watch studio in Shinshu in central Japan. Made there, these watches offer a glimpse of the said picturesque views on your wrists as they accurately capture the wind-swept texture of the snow found on the mountains. Blue accents on the watches emulate the effect of the bright blue sky that mirrors the snow during winter.
