Salted caramel fudge

For alternate flavour combinations, beat one of the following into the mixture just before scraping into the tin:

• 2 tbsp of dark rum and 50g of raisins

• 50g of cocoa powder

• 50g of toasted chopped pecans

25 MINUTES + COOLING + SETTING CUTS INTO 25 | EASY | GF

condensed milk 397g tin

soft light brown sugar 500g

unsalted butter 125g

whole milk 150ml

salted caramel sauce 2 tbsp

sea salt flakes
