I have been asked time and again if the ‘Art of Slow Living’ is the same as living our lives in slow motion. The short answer to this question – ‘NO!’ Slow living isn’t about your speed; it is about your attention. You are expected to live your life at your own pace only with the exception of not rushing through it all without paying attention to the little joys that life brings you day after day.
