After June 21 was declared the International Yoga Day by the United Nations, almost all two hundred countries have begun doing yoga and Indian spirituality has been gaining worldwide popularity.
To satisfy the curiosity of people from all sections of the global society we are making a humble effort to brief them about various aspects of yoga.
1. Yoga is not a religious tradition or exercise, but a scientific, universal and secular life system. For patients yoga is complete treatment, and for yogis it is a holistic system, way of attaining liberation, and the method to achieve perfection in life.
2. After research and experiments on yoga, we realised that there are five prime benefits of yoga.
• It balances the entire system from cell-to-cell. It balances all the chemicals, salts and hormones in the body.
• We can re-generate the de-generated cells through yoga.
• In humans only five percent of the knowledge, power and ability is used consciously. Remaining 95 per cent is dormant. These dormant infinite divine powers awaken through yoga.
• Yoga removes our ignorance, and continuous practise polishes our inner divinity.
