Lizzy Williamson, author of Two-Minute Moves, says that just one minute of intensive exercise could have the same health benefits as 45 minutes of more typical working out. Set a timer for two minutes and jog on the spot 50 times, then do 10 bench jumps on stairs (knees to chest). Keep repeating until the time is up. Feel warm again?
