We have forgotten to live in the present moment in this fast-paced life. We remain either in the past which brings tears or in the future which brings fears. In the process, we have forgotten our values to acknowledge and have gratitude for what we have. In this, the first and foremost we have is our food, which is an integral and important part of our lives. Do we ever pay attention to what we eat? When we eat? How we eat? Or why we eat?
A beautiful 'Mindful Eating' online session was conducted by Lynn Rossy (Author, Psychologist, Yoga teacher, who has written books like Savour Every Bite, The Mindfulness-based Eating Solution), during which Lynn gave us tips on eating habits and awareness:
