This developer of luxury homes spares no effort to offer high-end clients homes replete with amenities and objects of desire
Despite being founded several decades ago, in 1973, the name Nahar is now indelibly associated with their latest development, a signature flagship project at Chandivali, Mumbai: Nahar’s Amrit Shakti. Under the leadership of Sukhraj Nahar, Chairman & Managing Director, and Vice Chairperson Manju Yagnik, the Nahar Group continues to develop the area, even as 30 plus buildings extend across a green landscape.
The company prides itself on their designs, identifying this as their key criterion and USP. Manju Yagnik explains, “The lifestyle of the customer is our primary driver when considering everything from the sizes of the apartments to the amenities to be provided and even the entire configuration of the space.” She adds, “People buy houses because they’re capable of affording a luxury apartment. They can add a host of amenities to the house, but at the same time they favour luxurious services too like adequate parking, garden areas, a clubhouse, fully-equipped gym, etc.’’
