Established in 1988 and founded by Debra Burns, Boss Model Management is now known internationally for fi nding and developing some of the best fashion model talent in the UK.

By the age of 23, Debra was already a successful hair and make up artist with an ever growing client list. She worked closely with directors and photographers which gave her a unique insight into the requirements of her clients. This hands on experience formed the springboard to start her own model agency.

30+ years later she runs a staffof 22 with a hectic schedule, yet still loves the industry where no two days are ever the same.

She now lives in Mellor, Cheshire in a 17th century farmhouse with her husband, son, horses and chickens, spending as much time as humanly possible outdoors on the farm.

Her agency, Boss has gone from strength to strength because her values and ethos have remained the same. Hard work, a world class reputation and diverse talent keep this remarkable agency moving ever forward.

Boss represents a diverse cross section of creative talent across various divisions. Their unique influence sees the New Faces (the newest, sassiest, hottest boys and girls in town) successfully developing through this division, picking up campaigns and key clients along the way.
