Google Wifi wants you to set up Wi-Fi like you’re setting up a phone
The key selling point of Google Wifi is in its ease of use. And it is easy to set up: it took me less than four minutes to complete the setup for one mesh unit. The fact that it has a very small footprint is also a big plus.
Android smartphone users should feel right at home that the Google Wifi app has the same UX as Android OS. All settings are configured via the app; however, you cannot go into an advanced mode over web browser like most other routers.
