It's the moment royal fans have been waiting for – confirmation that Kate and William are having baby number four! Now, royal author Phil Dampier reports that these photos, taken last week when the Cambridge family met Sir David Attenborough, could be the greatest hint yet that another royal pregnancy announcement may be just days away.

“The pictures of William and Kate with their kids and Sir David Attenborough are delightful, and emphasise once again what a happy family they are,” says Phil.

“I’m sure Kate would love another baby and she’s even holding her stomach, indicating perhaps she’s pregnant again already!”
