We usually ride bikes just for the sake of getting from point A to point B. So, it is nice to break the monotony and go on a road trip every once in a while. Most of us impatiently wait for that day when we can pack our bags and get away from the traffic, the pollution, the noise and the jay walkers. With the wind in your face and the fresh air that is hard to find in cities, you end up falling in love with that ‘bike and me’ time.
The adventure never ends; it just keeps getting better and better. Here is Mr.Srikantth C Myneni, founder member of V!Superbikers, telling us why going on a bike ride with his club gives the ultimate adrenaline rush.
Inception
Sean Rogers, Rohit Bajaj, Abhishek Nayak and I came up with the idea of starting a club for the riders, who share this passion. The V! stands for ‘WE’ and also for Vizag! We started off with five members and now we are 40 riders.
Objective
Initially, it was just a means to spend time with friends. The club has evolved, setting up two major goals – one is to showcase safe riding and the other is to promote the biking culture. We want Vizag to be the next platform for the India Bike Week. It is held in Goa every year, with nearly 12,000 visitors including 5,000 riders.
New Members
We have sessions with the new candidates to impress upon them that riding beyond the speed limit is not what we propagate.

With a successful stint behind him in Delhi and Bengaluru, a beer-loving chemical engineer-turned-businessman decides to test his expertise and acumen with beer in Hyderabad. Owned and brewed by Vikram Seam, Vapour Brew Pub, is one of the most happening places in the city. People from all over the city flock to Road No 36, where Vapour Brew Pub is located.
Shilpa Designs Concept
Acclaimed fashion designer and supermodel Shilpa Reddy has given the city yet another pleasant surprise by launching her new studio on Road No 45, Jubilee Hills.
