Fibonacci On Water

If, perchance, while strolling casually along the beach one fine evening, you espy in the far distance what appears to be an enlarged grand piano floating on the surface of the water, you might very well have spotted the Fibonacci electric catamaran – Icona Design Group’s latest brainchild. This marks the automotive design studio’s debut in the yachting world, which boldly envisions the future of yachting. Lifted as if straight from the pages of a fantasy novel, the Fibonacci catamaran, as its name suggests, boasts sleek curves accentuated with asymmetric staircases to give it a dramatic look. The yacht’s hardtop, which rises like a lid to reveal the fly deck, closely resembles the open top of a grand piano. Perhaps not one for the traditional aficionado, the Fibonacci catamaran might appeal to the newer, younger generation of yachties, with its refreshingly striking design. It certainly seems to be what Icona is gunning for.
