Canon EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM ₹17,995
An 85mm prime lens is the portrait lens of choice for most photographers and the EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM is Canon ‘s first 85mm L-series lens featuring optical image stabilisation. This is getting more and more exciting since the last couple of years have seen the emergence of some serious competition in the ‘prime’ space.
Design and Build Quality
The rugged Canon EF 85mm f/1.4L IS USM has a compact and lightweight design. The lens is made dust-proof and water-resistant with seals around the switch panel, focus ring and the mount. The front element has a smudge resistant, water and oil repelling fluorine coating, which facilitates easy cleaning.
Like all L-series lenses, the 85mm lens is built strong with ample use of metal and engineering plastic. The lens has a metal mount and has threading to accept 77mm filters.
