Yvon Bock, Founder and managing Director of hegen, which specialises in baby bottles that simplify the nursing process, says it’s all about setting boundaries. “I’ve learnt to set my priorities from the very beginning and even though they conflict often, it is always important to keep them in mind when deciding what to do next,” says the mum-of-four, who was the winner in the Finance and commerce category in The Weekly’s Great Women of Our Time awards 2016. “Once you know your priorities, it’s easy to decide what takes precedence over another. External pressures can easily be handled or managed, so don’t let them overturn your priorities.”
