Behavioural research shows exercising with your partner or friend doesn't just offer more accountability, but can lead to a healthier lifestyle, too. We list a few reasons why you should train with a loved one.
Mom and business owner, Sue Duminy and her husband, Proteas all-rounder, JP have been training together for 10 years and they say that it has helped to keep their relationship open and honest. Remember, laughter releases endorphins, giving you that extra push you need.
