A TOP travel guide has revealed its favourite trip in Scotland – the route from Glasgow to Tobermory.
Lonely Planet plumped for the ferry-hopping option in its new book – Great Britain’s Best Trips.
The publisher ranked the route as number one in Scotland, thanks to the combination of vibrant, cosmopolitan city life in Glasgow and “enchanting” island lifestyles.
