Cambridge Uni experts even reckon gym bunnies and running addicts might be heading for an earlier grave than slobs.
And a different heart study found joggers who ran strenuously may tap out just as early as people who took no exercise at all.
They’re saying just seven minutes’ “movement” each day is the sweet spot.
That still sounds a bit excessive to me. I’m more of a 30 seconds guy.
