BORIS “Bozo” Johnson was branded a “dead man walking” last night after he finally admitted he went to a lockdown-busting Downing Street garden party – but insisted it was “work”.
Last night Tory MPs Douglas Ross, Sir Roger Gale and William Wragg and 11 Scottish Tory MSPs had explicitly called for the Prime Minister to resign.
Rivals across all parties laid into him for his half-hearted apology. Bozo said he thought the 40-strong drinks do was a “work event”, despite the invite from his aide to 100 staff, telling them to “bring your own booze”.
Appearing at a packed PMQs, he faced repeated calls to resign.
