A WOMAN who went from nearly crying when she got on the scales to running marathons has praised her mum’s help with her weight loss.
Edel Bowman, 35, went from a size 16 to a 12 and said having her mum Debbie Larkin’s support “made it so much easier”.
She has lost a three-and-a-half stone since joining Slimming World in 2016 after she had twin sons Tommy and Adam.
Edel said after the boys arrived she struggled to “juggle school runs, activities and maintaining a busy house”.
