At 24, Ciara is the oldest and Ava is just 12. Sadly, their mam passed away on August 17 – just three years after they lost their dad Tom to cancer.
Ciara, from Ringsend in Dublin, told the Irish Sunday Mirror: “She was diagnosed four years ago. She thought she had a bad chest infection.
“She went for an X-ray and was called back and sent to A&E. They told her she was in heart failure.”
