The Supreme Court had on August 31 last year ordered the demolition of the twin towers, Apex and Ceyane, observing they were built in violation of the law.
The Noida Authority went by the technical examination report prepared by experts from the Central Building Research Institute in Roorkee before giving the final approval, senior officials said.
