New Delhi: Intensifying his attack on BJP, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday claimed that the saffron party had launched the second phase of "Operation Lotus" and was threatening AAP MLAs to join them or face raids and arrests from central investigating agencies.
Addressing AAP's first national convention of elected representatives at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Kejriwal said his party's legislators were as brave as "freedom fighters" and were not going to succumb to the lure of money or to the pressure of CBI or ED. "The way each MLA is fighting them (BJP), he is no less than any freedom fighter. Neither are they affected by the offer of Rs 25 crore nor are they afraid of a CBI-ED investigation," he added.
