My ongoing series of pieces first started in 2017, depicts contemporary Russian monumental artists in their workspaces. MONUMENTUM presents an inextricable connection between the artists and the space that surrounds them. With no claim to sophistication, the interiors of the studios contain a lot of details that might seem rather ordinary at first sight. But this is only at first sight. The photographs turned out to be full of life and filled with the magic of the creative process.

The Art of DISAPPEARING
In the classical proposal, indigenous people are usually the topic of discussion, but rarely do they have a hand in shaping it.
