Jumbo-Visma are confident there will be no clash of egos between Primoz Roglic and Jonas Vingegaard that could undermine their two-pronged attack, continuing the team’s spring dominance at the Tour of the Basque Country.
It will be the first stage race since last summer’s Tour de France – where Vingegaard unexpectedly finished second following Roglic’s injury-induced withdrawal – that the duo will race alongside each other. Roglic recently won Paris-Nice while Vingegaard finished second at Tirreno-Adriatico.
