Most memorable tournament you remember watching when you were younger?
The 2002 World Cup. Ronaldinho’s goal against England was a standout moment and then his team-mate, Ronaldo, had a phenomenal tournament too, his finishing was unbelievable. We watched a programme about him the other day in the team hotel and it was just half-an-hour of him being incredible.
What do you listen to on your way to training?
My mate’s a DJ from Edinburgh and has his own Mixcloud which I listen to. His name is DJ Kris Murdy. He has a few different mixes which I like to listen to on the drive in.
Favourite holiday destination?
Dubai. I’ve been quite a few times now. We go out there as a squad for the training camp in January as well. The whole experience is great. I love the heat, the good food, the sights and the beaches.
