Time seems to go faster every year; our weeks become chocker before we’ve even finished the Monday of the week before. Just when we think we have a quiet moment, our phones ping with an email or someone trying to connect. When was the last time you took time for yourself – no phones, no emails and no family – and physically wrote in your diary ‘me time’? Probably a long time ago, which is why I am encouraging you to take a little more time for yourself.
