Tips to keep your immune system strong: GET PLENTY OF SUNLIGHT

Vitamin D is important in keeping your immune system ready to fight infections. When possible, get outside and soak up the sun. The best source of vitamin D is from sunlight directly on your skin. Alternatively, eat food that contains high doses of vitamin D such as oily fish and eggs.

SLEEP FOR AT LEAST SEVEN HOURS A NIGHT
