Prince Louis Turns One! Kate Shares Her Snaps

The last time we saw him, he was still a chubby-cheeked baby. Now, in photos released to mark Prince Louis’ first birthday, he’s grown into an adorable wee boy who is the spitting image of his mum.

Louis, who turned one on April 23, has the same big brown eyes and rosy cheeks as his mother, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. Family snapshots of her as a tot show that the youngest of her three children is already her mini-me.

And it was talented amateur photographer Kate (37) who took the latest shots of her son, which were snapped in the garden of the family’s country home, Anmer Hall, in Norfolk.

In two of them, Louis, who appears to have mastered the art of crawling, is sporting a huge grin (and showing off two bottom teeth) as he plays in the greenery and sits on a log. His burgundy jumper is covered in moss, suggesting he was having a genuinely good time in the garden and was not just plonked there for pictures.

The other is a more solemn pose in a jumper emblazoned with a picture of a dog. In that shot, Louis not only looks like his mum, but also bears an uncanny resemblance to his big brother, Prince George (5).
