By George, they did it! The young prince proved to be a lucky mascot for the England football team when he made a surprise appearance at their Euro 2020 knockout match against Germany with his parents Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.
England won the game 2-0, beating their arch-rivals in a major tournament for the first time since they won the World Cup in 1966, and football-mad Prince George, seven, looked delighted to witness the victory first-hand.
