My go-to remedy When I’m under the weather, taking time to sleep and rest is the most important thing for me. My day is usually very active, and so taking a step back and increasing the amount of deep sleep I have is essential – the value of sleep in recovery is underrated.

My favourite meal I love steak – with anything. Sometimes I’ll even have it with eggs in the morning. The protein keeps me fuller for longer and it tastes delicious.
